Escape the Mainland and Discover Southwest Florida by Boat

Leave the crowds behind and explore Southwest Florida’s beautiful barrier islands on a private Island Hopping Tour created exclusively for your group.

Cruise through crystal-clear waters, visit secluded beaches, discover hidden sandbars, search for beautiful seashells, watch dolphins in their natural habitat, and experience the relaxed charm of Florida’s Gulf Coast—all at your own pace.

Every adventure is personalized around your interests, the weather, tides, and wildlife activity, ensuring that no two Island Hopping Tours are ever exactly alike.

Every Tour Is Different

No two days on the water are ever the same—and that’s exactly what makes every Island Hopping Tour special.

Unlike fixed sightseeing cruises, every private tour is customized around your interests, the weather, tides, water conditions, wildlife activity, and the amount of time you’d like to spend at each destination. Some guests want to relax on secluded beaches, while others enjoy searching for shells, photographing wildlife, exploring historic waterfront communities, or simply cruising through Southwest Florida’s beautiful coastal waters.

The natural environment is constantly changing. A hidden sandbar that appears during low tide may disappear a few hours later. Dolphins may suddenly appear alongside the boat, pelicans may begin diving for baitfish, or calm morning waters may invite an unplanned stop for swimming in crystal-clear Gulf waters.

Because every tour is private, there’s no need to follow a rigid schedule or rush from one destination to the next. We have the flexibility to slow down when something unexpected captures your attention or adjust the itinerary to make the most of the day’s conditions.

Whether your perfect day includes visiting several barrier islands, enjoying lunch at a waterfront restaurant, discovering hidden beaches, watching dolphins, or simply relaxing away from the crowds, every Island Hopping Tour is designed to create an unforgettable experience that’s unique to your group.

Captain Pavel’s Promise

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all boat tours. Every private Island Hopping Tour is personally planned to give you the best possible experience on the day of your adventure, creating memories that are as unique as Southwest Florida itself.

Destinations We May Visit

One of the greatest advantages of a private Island Hopping Tour is the flexibility to explore a variety of Southwest Florida’s most beautiful coastal destinations. Rather than following a fixed route, every itinerary is customized around the weather, tides, water conditions, wildlife activity, and your group’s interests.

Depending on the conditions and the length of your tour, your adventure may include visits to some of Southwest Florida’s most spectacular barrier islands, hidden beaches, waterfront communities, and secluded sandbars.

Possible Destinations Include

🏝️ Boca Grande (Gasparilla Island)
Historic island village, beautiful beaches, Boca Grande Pass, lighthouse, shopping, and waterfront dining.

🌿 Cayo Costa State Park
Nine miles of undeveloped beaches, crystal-clear Gulf waters, shelling, wildlife, and one of Florida’s most beautiful state parks.

🌴 Little Gasparilla Island
A peaceful barrier island accessible only by boat, known for quiet beaches, excellent shelling, and authentic Old Florida charm.

🌊 North Captiva Island
A secluded island with no public roads, offering pristine beaches, abundant wildlife, and a relaxed island atmosphere.

🍽️ Cabbage Key
A historic waterfront destination famous for its restaurant, island history, observation tower, and panoramic harbor views.

Pine Island
Florida’s largest barrier-free island, featuring charming fishing communities, scenic waterways, mangrove forests, and local waterfront restaurants.

🏖️ Hidden Beaches & Sandbars
Some of Southwest Florida’s most memorable places aren’t marked on tourist maps. Depending on conditions, we may stop at secluded beaches and beautiful sandbars that can only be reached by boat.

🐬 Scenic Waterways
Cruise through Charlotte Harbor, Gasparilla Sound, Pine Island Sound, and other beautiful coastal waterways while watching for dolphins, manatees, coastal birds, and other wildlife.

Every Route Is Personalized

No two Island Hopping Tours follow exactly the same itinerary. Some guests prefer exploring several islands in a single day, while others choose to spend more time swimming, relaxing on a quiet beach, enjoying waterfront dining, photographing wildlife, or searching for beautiful seashells.

Every destination has something unique to offer, and one of the greatest joys of exploring Southwest Florida by boat is having the freedom to discover new places along the way.

Captain Pavel’s Tip

The destination is only part of the adventure. Some of my guests’ favorite memories come from the journey itself—watching dolphins ride alongside the boat, cruising through peaceful mangrove waterways, discovering a quiet beach with no one else around, or simply enjoying the beauty of Southwest Florida from the water.

What You’ll Experience

Every private Island Hopping Tour offers a unique combination of beautiful scenery, unforgettable wildlife encounters, and memorable coastal destinations. Whether you’re visiting Southwest Florida for the first time or returning to discover something new, every adventure is designed around your interests and the day’s best conditions.

Throughout your journey, you’ll have opportunities to experience many of Southwest Florida’s natural and cultural highlights.

Barrier Islands

Explore some of Southwest Florida’s most beautiful barrier islands, each offering its own distinctive character, history, and scenery. From quiet beaches and historic waterfront communities to untouched stretches of coastline, every stop provides a different perspective on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Hidden Beaches

Escape the crowds and discover secluded beaches that many visitors never see. These peaceful shorelines offer the perfect place to relax, take a walk, enjoy the scenery, or simply listen to the gentle sound of the Gulf waves.

Crystal-Clear Gulf Waters

Spend time swimming in warm, clear Gulf waters or simply float and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Depending on weather and water conditions, you’ll have opportunities to cool off while surrounded by some of Southwest Florida’s most beautiful coastal scenery.

Dolphin Watching

Dolphins are among the most exciting wildlife encounters in Southwest Florida. Watching them swim alongside the boat, play in the wake, or hunt for fish in shallow waters creates unforgettable memories for guests of all ages.

Although wildlife can never be guaranteed, dolphins are frequently seen throughout the year.

Shelling

Southwest Florida is famous for its beautiful seashells. Depending on the tides and recent weather, you may have the opportunity to search for Lightning Whelks, Fighting Conchs, Tulip Shells, Olive Shells, Sand Dollars (empty only), and many other natural treasures along quiet beaches.

Waterfront Dining

If your group would like to include lunch during your adventure, we can visit one of several waterfront restaurants accessible by boat. Arriving by water is part of the experience, offering spectacular views and a relaxing atmosphere that only Southwest Florida can provide.

Wildlife Watching

Beyond dolphins, Southwest Florida’s barrier islands are home to an incredible variety of wildlife. Along the way, you may encounter manatees, pelicans, ospreys, bald eagles, great blue herons, roseate spoonbills, rays, and many other coastal species.

Every trip offers new opportunities for wildlife photography and observation.

Scenic Cruising

Sometimes the journey itself becomes the highlight of the day. Cruising through Charlotte Harbor, Gasparilla Sound, Pine Island Sound, and the surrounding Gulf waters provides constantly changing scenery, peaceful anchorages, and breathtaking coastal views that can only be experienced by boat.

Relax at Your Own Pace

Unlike crowded sightseeing boats with fixed schedules, your private Island Hopping Tour moves at your pace. Spend more time where you’re having fun, linger on a quiet beach, stop to photograph wildlife, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The day is yours to enjoy.

Captain Pavel’s Tip

Many guests tell me that their favorite memories aren’t planned—they happen unexpectedly. A pod of dolphins suddenly appears beside the boat, an osprey dives for a fish just overhead, or we discover a quiet beach with no one else in sight. Those spontaneous moments are often what make a private Island Hopping Tour truly unforgettable.

different.
